“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”
– John Quincy Adams
Our Leadership Camp offers older students a unique cross-cultural opportunity to build and develop skills in key areas of leadership – we hope through this camp we can inspire our teenage students to become global citizens.
During the 1-week course*, our specially trained and experienced camp instructors will guide our 15 to 17-year- old students through a series of sessions designed to test and develop their effective team work, problem solving, communication and presentation skills.
The course will be made up of 3-hour daily interactive workshops, in which we cover all aspects of developing key skills in leadership – from idea sharing, to understanding others and their behaviour, public speaking and entrepreneurism.
In addition to these workshops, we also ask our Leadership students to actively participate in evening sessions, shadowing our camp staff, culminating in challenging the students to design an evening of their own to inspire and engage their younger peers on-site.
By the end of the week, our students should feel confident in leading and inspiring others.
No equipment will be required as this will be provided, however students will need to bring sensible outdoor clothing and a strong can-do attitude to get stuck in.
Students will also enjoy their own independence during our excursions, allowing them to explore and discover their excursion destination for themselves.
